Get as many gabapentins as you need. I take 4 300mg capsules a day, If you need more, speak with your Dr. I have friends that take 10.
Also if you live in a legalized Marijuana State, try some of the active strain creams (a good store will guide you). I had a double transplant, so currently I only take prescribed medications, however with the cream I seldom needed medications. Here in Las Vegas there are Chiropractors that sell you relief, however it's little more than a Tens treatment (be careful it's a temporary treatment).
When the Needles Pain Starts,it totally uncontrollable and sometimes it's also the Burning skin areas - this is very painful and do not tolerate Anyone belittling your pain - and it's also Bad Karma.

Warning- this message contains concepts that may offen some. I'm writing from a Christian perspective.

We have different views on the destiny of suicide. Many people are alive today because they don't want to go to hell. That's kind of a negative view of one's qualifying for heaven.

I can't accept the position that suicide is a, "no questions asked", universal, unilateral ticket to hell. I understand the reasons for thinking that way.

I believe that if a person is a committed follower of Christ, regardless how that person dies, they are loved by God. He has demonstrated his love for us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Tied in with love and salvation are grace and mercy and forgiveness. Nothing we can do with ever come between God and his followers. These are statements found in passages throughout the Bible, not just things I thought up to justify suicide.

Certainly, it's true that sin cannot enter heaven, but I I believe that sin in this setting means an intentional move away from our relationship with God, and living a lifestyle of ongoing sinful behavior. That is to indicate that a single sinful act or thought just before dying doesn't erase the fact of a salvation of grace. If it were true that the single act of suicide sent us to hell, it would have to be true that fudging on our income taxes would also send us there if we hadn't had time to ask for forgiveness.

Having attempted suicide myself, I know that during the time leading up to the final act, one's mind is convinced that suicide is a rational solution, which it isn't. Being in a rational mind would mean that we realize that suicide is irrational, and we can think about all of the reasons for living.

Sorry for the long response, but it takes me a while to explain why I hold certain beliefs. I hope that you will be able to get past the suicidal ideation, lose any guilt for thinking it's an unforgivable sin. Perhaps letting go of the guilt and fear will allow you to turn your mind to a rational, positive course.
