@kathrina The Topricin is a cream you rub in the Epsom Salts is to put into a foot bath . If you can find it they also make a gel in a tube called Procure that's the brand name I like it also for pain and it is magnesium too.

I find sitting in a chair with my feet on a cold pack retards the pain cycle.
