Dummy me! I just found an article explaining the relationship between thyroid problems and diabetes and common sense should of made me realize that there must be a relationship. After I study the article, which is above my head in understanding, I will get the main points and report back in common language. The article explains what leads to hyperglycemia and what leads to hypoglycemia. I suffered from hypoglycemia for years and blamed it all on stress and eating. So I was surprised when I flip flopped to hyperglycemia. I think I will understand it better if I study the article. The article said genetics plays a role as well. That is too much for me right now to fathom because my family did not have diabetes problems. Dorisena
