Preaching to the gallery. My right calf has just about disappeared, I have trouble getting up if I’m on my knees and I get pain so bad at night I just want to take a hammer and beat my legs. I’m tired from getting the attacks 2-3 nights a week and waking up in the morning wondering where my legs are.

Hi. I'm so sorry. Believe me, I do know your pain. I'm in rotten pain now through.my whole body and should n't be on phone but will go crazy if o don't reach out and take away from myself by redirection.. Can't see well from bad eyes and head So forgive me if there are typos.. Calf pain has been so bad it feels like gunshots. It feels like somebody takes their fingers and just rips my skin apart. It feels like knives are slicing them. Brutal.
I'm sorry to vent to a stranger. And I don't mean to do it. Please know you're not alone in your pain. Feel free to post any time. There's always a good support group to help.Be well this evening.

Hi, @tfarrell - welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I believe you are talking about attacks of numbness in your calf as well as pain in your legs? Is that correct? Are you getting any treatment currently?
