I was diagnosed with neuroendocrine carcinoid in 2002. In all of the years since I have had CT scans and a few MRI's, but NEVER a PET scan, Ki67, octreoscan or any of the usual diagnostic scans. Anyone have a clue as to why??

Hello @gaylejean,

I noticed that it has been a while since you last posted. How are you doing these days? Did you ever have the more advanced testing that you mentioned in your last post PET scan, Ki67, octreoscan, or any of the usual diagnostic scans)? Are you currently seeing a NET specialist?
I look forward to hearing from you when it is convenient.
