@sirgalahad Cold compress or heating pad, whichever make her feel better. Acetominaphen [Tylenol] if she can tolerate it. Gentle massage. Warm bath with Epsom salts. Perhaps some arnica montana, which is homeopathic and I have used it for bruising and muscle soreness before. The trick seems to be trying different things to find what works best. I was diagnosed with SLE in 1988, and have had a range of trials to see what works best. Gentle cyber hugs to you and your friend,
