@sirgalahad Good morning. This must be so upsetting for your friend, but I’m glad you are there to support her. Has she thought about making an appointment with a dietician at the local hospital? Also, what has the doctor said re: what could be going on and how it might be treated? Let us know, please. Becky

she has to wait till dec19th to see rheumatologistat least she listened to me via Kim to have a full blood test of endocrine, immune, biochem and I suggested hormonal screening and I asked her to get a baseline of lft ,kft , pancreas, adrenal gland and thyroid and parathyroid. American doctors occasionally to Australian pathologists.
