Swelling and stiffness, 3 years after total knee replacement

I had a TKR Sept 2015 since then I"ve had swelling and pain, I"m 5ft 10" and weigh 185. My problem is in the last 3 weeks on Sunday The knee swells and I"m in pain and on chutches for 2 days and then it does it again. for no reason.The Dr drained blood and said no infection. Any ideas please.

When did your doctor drain your knee and what was his/her continued care recommendations?
