I, too, take PEA daily, and there are some weeks when I wonder if it's working... then it kicks back in (for whatever reason). I have read, btw, that acetyl L carnitine is not recommended for neuropathy, and I, personally, found that turmeric seems to initiate a rebound. Has your doctor tested for your B-12 level? Again, I personally do not recommend taking any vitamins unless a blood test shows a deficiency.

Hmmmm I read ALCAR was good for PN 🤔 when I ran out of it the pain came back and I thought that was the reason, so I started back up on it. I’ve been on turmeric for years. And yes I do need B12 -tested low and took too much and tested high, now I take less and tested mid-range. Well back to more research I guess. Thanks for encouraging me to stick with the PEA!
