Hi Peach @peach414144 -- Pancytopenia is a condition that occurs when a person has low counts for all three types of blood cells: red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Has your doctor suggested any treatment?

@peach414144 Good morning. We are all volunteers here and no one is knowledgeable enough to give you medical advice. You say that you are seeing an oncologist. That’s good. What is your treatment plan? Any medications? I would encourage you to ask your doctor about the seriousness of your disease. Will you do that? And, let us know what you are told.
