what can help pantypacemia anemia? It just gets worse. Less cells as aging happens even though I see an oncologist. Maybe once a year a b12 shot, once a year a drip of ferretin. Nothing helps the fatigue. I seem to have so very many medical problems. I guess because of this. It affects the entire body. (Just feeling sorry for myself again). But the Psoriatic and rheumatoid arthtitis are swelling the legs and the chronic venus insufficiency is swelling at the same time. The doctors are confused. I would be to if I were one of them. How to treat when this is going on? About almost two years now. It would be easy to give up. But I keep fighting. The pain is unbelievable. Worry for the cat a d dog keeps me going. It is just as if they are my children and I live for their welfare. Opiods are worthless for the pain. 4 advils help somewhat. Ahhhh, the will to live is so terribly strong. Sorry to disturb anyone but writing this seems to help the mind somewhat. Of course I think of wanting to die to rid the pain. I think it can be a natural thing. The doctors laugh if i bring up the pain pump. Being 82 and having more painful health problems are not enough for the pump I am told. So here we are. I do thank all of you for your time and understanding. One last ting: One of my conditions is I am legally blinf and cotinuing to lose the rest of my sight slowly. This would be the last straw. Again, I am not ready yet but who knows? Who could have the will power, the guts Not yet. to actually pull the trigger?

Hi Peach @peach414144 -- Never heard of that type of anemia? Sorry to hear you haven't found anything for the fatigue. It may not help the fatigue but sometimes a piece of dark chocolate helps the soul. Hoping you find a way to get some energy along with some relief for the pain.

Can chocolate be good for my health?

Hi Peach,
I admire your determination and persistence in all you are going through. I just got more bad news today about my blood marrow biopsy. I also have CIPO, Sjogren's and other autoimmune diseases. I have no idea what else is in store for me. It's hard not to become discouraged. I don't know why the doctors would not give you a pain pump if you are in that much pain. I hope things improve for you. Elaine
