Hello @auxiliary, Welcome to Connect. I'm sorry to hear you have not been able to get any relief from the pain. I know I don't like the let's wait and see answer from doctors either. If it were me and I was having severe pain after falling and it keeps getting worse, I would request that my doctor setup an X-ray and possibly MRI. Here's an article that discusses the topic.

If your doctor is not responsive, are you able to seek a second opinion with an orthopedic specialist?

Thank you for your reply. I spoke to my GP today and told her that after so many falls and my TKR regressing I needed to get some answers. She is now referring me back to my Consultant who will probably arrange an MRI. Watch this space.
