@pamelasc1 where do you buy your NAC ? I feel great, rarely cough but get SOB when I walk too fast( which I have always done) and now I must walk SLOW!

I've been taking the time-release one (N-A-C Sustain 600 mg by Jarrow twice a day). I have no idea if it makes any difference to do the time-release on or not. I was just reading more about apo-lactoferrin and its uses for preventing and treating bacterial and viral infections. It might be useful to look into that for preventing colds and infections by taking one lactoferrin capsule a day. I've been taking the LIfe Extension formula of apo-lactoferrin but I hear the Jarrow is good also,
