@eileent ..Glad to hear you are doing so well. I too have used NAC for several years now (600 mg 2x a day) and think it has been very helpful. I also use CLear Lungs by Ridgecrest (blue bottle,, extra strength)1 cap 1x a day. I learned of it on this Mayo site. Hard to say but think they have both kept me mostly asymptomatic along with nebulizing saline. Hope you continue with good health. Kate
