Ok. Did the fusion fail because of your hardware, or was it your bone....osteoporosis or osteopenia? If it was your bone’s inability to fuse I would suggest that you first go to a doctor who deals with this before getting another fusion.

I had L3,4 and 5 hardware removed it was 14 years old I developed scoliosis and had it taken out and had a cage put in it places and scoliosis surgery
done from bottom of neck all the way to tailbone and pelvis two months ago .
