Hi ak999! Have you tried eating smaller more frequent meals? That helps me a great deal. I have severe GERD and delayed gastric emptying.

@downtowntiger Yes, I have tried it for a month but it didn't really help. Also, I go to bed after 3 hours of having my dinner and I sleep with 3 or 4 cushions on my back (at angle of 30 degree)
