@trellg132 What has caused your back pain? Just some things that help me a heating pad, ice alternate them Epsom salts magnesium and Vit D3 if you have to seek a 2nd opinion do it as you are your own advocate about your health . I also use a Tens unit to relax muscles . Good luck backs are difficult . But don't just jump into back surgery unless you have researched and explored all options. Let us know we all care here
