If I go to a state where they have the medical cannabis will I be able to purchase some ?? I do not have a medical card. Can I go into just any store and get it?

only if they sell for recreational use! Otherwise Someone should be able to assist you with a purchase!

Unfortunately No. If they are only Medically then you must have the card!

You need to get a medical doctor to set you up for a medical card. The stores may be able to refer you to a medical card doctor.
I have one and was screened by a nurse practitioner.
