Wilcy, Kratom is a plant, sold in powder form. It is good for relaxation and taking away pain. I researched the use of it quite extensively. Go to Happy Hippo on line, to see their choices. Just more commentary on Kratom....I read a lot about Kratom from what Colleen sent me. I do not get any side effects, bad symptoms at all from Kratom. I do not crave it. I do not abuse it in any way. I only use it about twice a week, tops. You have to find the amount that works for you. Everyone is different. You never go beyond this amount. There is no need to. The deaths from Kratom were young kids abusing drugs, usually with other drugs in their system. They were teenagers, and young adults. Just be an adult, and use it very wisely. Being in severe pain is no joke. Kratom helps. But be smart. Lori
