@kowalski So sorry for the delayed answer. Although I had Colon cancer I have had issues with anal hemorrhoids and one thing I will say. The anal hemorrhoid surgery was more painful than having Right hemicolectomy surgery.
My anal surgery I needed take major pain killers with Oxycontin. The removal of 12 inches of colon 20 lymph nodes which is called a right hemicolectomy surgery. Over the counter 2 Tylenol alternating, with 2 ibuprofen every 4 hours is all I needed. I believe the doctors told the nerves close to your anal are very sensitive and the threshold of pain being so close to the surface is excruciating.
So that maybe the reason. If that helps.

Blood work is near perfect.
