Hi, @avmcbellar - I think that @vradifegari @artscaping @rwinney @manassen1 @wilcy also may be interested in joining in with their thoughts on eliminating foods or beverages to reduce neuropathic pain.

avmcbellar, wondering if in addition to reducing caffeine if you've found any other connections between what you eat or drink and your neuropathy pain?

Last evening I had coffee with creamer sweetened with monk fruit which I had never tried before. It has set me on fire — feet, legs and hands are burning. Has anyone else had that kind of reaction?

The jury is out still, but I have cut carbs and reduced sugar to only one fruit portion per meal (I love my fruit). If I could cut that down more it would help. I have had a reduction in stabbing pains over the past 3 days. This is encouraging. I will do anything to try to stop these pains. So far, it looks promising. I want to try to only have 2 fruits per day, breakfast and lunch and nothing at night so I might be able to sleep…..
