Thank you!.. I'll look into that.. the foam doesn't always form to the point where it comes up … Some times the smallest thing can set it off…If I eat slow…small bites…crunchy stuff crackers with the cheese that works… Broccoli never…trail mix is my snack of choice…dried fruit, mixed nuts, M&Ms. Liquids like Orange juice can start the resistance problem… Gin and Tonic works well in the summer .never more than one.. steak is really a task…to cut up that small.. pickled herring works as a fish smack..

might want to cut out the m n ms]
gin? very dilute can help, tonic? carbonated…try a light white wine
