I did the Taurine for about 3 months, and didn't think it was working. It was so gradual I didn't notice it. So I figured I was wasting my money, and in a week I was buying more Taurine because the noise came back with a vengeance.

Now a year or two later, I have some 100% quiet days, and the noisy ones are not very noisy at all.

I've always been able to ignore it (it's the only choice) but this makes it much easier to ignore.
