@kamama94, @lisalucier Good afternoon, I am glad to hear that you have found Duloxetine (Cymbalta) helpful. I am also a new user. It seems to manage the anxiety pretty well. What time of day do you take it? And are you on 60 mg a day? Have you noticed any fatigue in the afternoon? For never being a nap taker, I am finding myself dosing off about 3 pm every day. Just wondering, not that I want to change anything. Maybe at this age, a nap is a good thing. May you have happiness today. Chris

@artscaping, I take 60 mg Duloxitene every morning. But as for afternoon fatigue and dozing off due to the medication, I can't tell since with fibromyalgia I'm usually pretty tired by 3 PM. At age 73--next-month-74, a nap after lunch happens when I elevate my feet in the recliner to help with edema from CKD and heart failure and my service dog decides it's cuddle time - I nearly always fall asleep for an hour or more. But I've napped after lunch all my life whenever I could so I don't think that's related to meds even though Cymbalta can make a person drowsy.

And happiness today to you also. Thanks!
