@cirilu223 It seems rather unusual to be told to have a low fiber diet! For most people that helps with their bowel movements of course. I agree with @hopeful33250, you do need to check with your doctor on the prune juice. I know people who have a little daily though to keep themselves regular. I don't think prune juice can hurt, but I am not a medical professional so perhaps there are things about it that I am unaware of.

Hello JK, thanks for sharing your thoughts. I didn’t expect that high fiber diets for constipation was a myth until l discovered it myself on my own case. I read the study published in the NIH website recommended by Teresa. I exactly did what the study concluded about fiber except that l added prune juice in the equation.

For those anal stenosis sufferers, sitz bath with epsom salt from pure dead sea salt in warm water done after every bowel movement for 15 to 20 minutes works for me.
