Thanks. Also at times it feels as if my heart is flip flopping. I checked it on my Apple Watch with the ECG feature and where it shows a normal Rythm, at the time this happens it’s almost like an extra beat. What is this called? Is that a fib or pac? My doctor hasn’t no concerns. Nor do cardiologist. And I’m getting way too many hospitals bills so I wanted some advice from you guys before I rack up the bills again. Thanks

Pretty sure they’re called PVCs. I have aortic stenosis in my bicuspid valve and sometimes I get these. They do echos twice a year to check the valve. As long as you are not having any symptoms of chest or arm pain or lightheadedness or shortness of breath they usually do no harm.

@jadillow Maybe you should ask Dr about anxiety meds
