Hi @abdul_by - I'd like to add my Welcome to the others. My husband was diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) in 2015 when he started having some of the symptoms you talk about. MCI is when you have memory issues that are a little worse than others your age would be expected to have. I know how scary it was for us - but there are many causes - and sometimes it doesn't get worse, it just stays about the same for long periods of time. I agree with the others that the first step is to get to a doctor and get a diagnosis. There are so many things that can cause these symptoms - ranging from infections to brain issues. The worst part is not knowing - and not knowing who to ask. Have you discussed your concerns with your primary care doctor? That should be your first step. Also, do you have siblings, children or friends you could discuss this with? If so, I would probably ask one of those loved ones to go with you to the doctor. Please let us know how things go and what you learn.

I definitely agree that you should someone accompany you to every doctor's appointment.
Have you been to a neurologist and neuropsycologist?
