Hi @shanamarie22 that must be so frustrating to be in such discomfort and pain, and find no sympathy from your doctors.

I wanted to tag fellow Connect member @danielad as she has experience with a serious concussion and may be able to offer support. I also wanted to tag @karina77 as she has experience with POTS and may be able to share if she has had any similar experience and symptoms.

Back to you @shanamarie22 how are you currently treating these symptoms? Is there anything that causes them to be more severe?

I’ve been using ice and heat. Then on other times I’ve had to rest more than normal and I can not do anything that I used to be able to do.
