There’s hope for a better day coming for all of us. We fight through depression by keeping the thought of taking care of ourselves as a primary importance in our life. We need a balanced life including physical, mental and spiritual everyday. It’s hard to do but we are not giving up. Make sure you are communicating to your loved ones to check on their lives. Make that a task that helps you be involved in their lives. Be good to yourself and you then can help others.
