@hopeful33250, Thank you for the mantra list. We incorporate many of these in our daily mindful meditation. I am a follower of Thich Nhat Hanh so the focus on breathing is a good one. The one that challenges me is "I am enough." It is so easy to "dumb yourself down". So a little self-gratitude is appropriate. Have a restful evening. Chris
