@shermananski- Hello. I wouldn't use the word trigger for what I experience. I am sorry if I gave that impression. I think that I feel ill at ease is because I am a very uptight person and I am uncomfortable with such freedom. What about you?

@merpreb That reflects good self-understanding, Merry.

I don’t think I’m uptight but have a long history of anxiety. I love yoga. It calms me down and rejuvenated me. I have less experience with meditation but I’ve always liked it. If I did more of both I’d be better for it.
