@sears Welcome to Connect. I years ago I use to meditate but it now makes me uncomfortable too, and so does yoga. But it's the chanting in yoga and howling like a bear that does that for me. I can't tell you how many classes that I have signed up for and dropped.

Interesting. I don’t know your history, so do you know why yoga and meditation trigger you?
