@hopeful33250- Sharing my experiences is a kindness, a generous,giving, a warmth shared to help someone else.

@hopeful33250 Sharing kindness is something that, for me, comes unbidden. If I were in that person's shoes, wouldn't I like that someone else thought to include me in their actions that day? As for me, when I can show a small kindness, it comes from my heart, not a social pressure or because it is expected of me. It makes me feel good that whatever it is, was probably a surprise to the other person, and that is where I get my lift.
