@trellg132 Try light exercise, or a hobby where you get wrapped up in it [a craft, gardening, building models, bird watching, etc.] Retrain your focus to outside you. Try for five or ten minutes at a time until it feels easier, then extend it. Be gentle on yourself. Address all issues that may be causing you anxiety. If it is something you can actively remedy, then start to do that. If the issue is not in your control, then don't let it take your power. Will you try something like this and report back to us? We care.

Please share with us what you are currently doing? For example reading positive literature, exercise activities, phoning friends, etc. In this way, some of our members might be able to offer you some alternative suggestions.
