I have but I'm on blood pressure meds so i can't take the other meds like that

@trellg132 That is surprising. There are a lot of different meds for anxiety and depression that don't have an adverse effect on blood pressure. Have you ever sought the opinion of a psychiatrist who understands meds for depression? If not, this might be a good next step in having a more fulfilling life.
