Went bike riding yesterday with my bike club and once again my body released endorphins of positivity all over the day. I was tired from the heat of the day but it carried me through the day without the usual constant anxiety of the future. Exercise, nature, friendly people, summer days all combined make for a good day.

sounds good i find my solo rides even help a lot dont ride in groups as i loose them on hills
