Hi, @notborntoburn - Good for you that you are going try some traveling. To my understanding from your other posts on Connect, you are looking to control the horrible shooting pains and stinging foot pain during your trip out of state in a car. Is that correct?

I'd like to invite @artscaping @rabbit10 @deedee46 @patsyt68 @pfbacon to share if they have some tips for taking long trips in a car with neuropathy and the potential for pain, beyond stopping to walk every two hours and taking some reliable shoes for relief for the first half hour.

Have you seen the walk every two hours make a difference on previous car trips, then, @notborntoburn?

Thanks,that would be great.
My pain is constant I just know if I don’t get out and move at least every 2hrs I may be stuck in that car wondering why my feet aren’t igniting the car with the way they burn! My feet look normal with the exception of arthritis joint damage. It amazes me how hot the nerves are and there is no sign of fire.
Thank You for the connections
