I can't sleep when taking Cymbalta: What else can I do for pain?

This drug comes in a capsule form. You can not cut it in half.
The doses are
30 60 90mg

@tigreyes2004 My doc worked with me on this.....like getting 30mg for combination for different doses. If you're only taking the 30 2-3X daily, doc will reduce # times taking and get the dose down gradually, over several weeks depending on how long you're on the drug, etc, But it does need to be done with doc in aggreement and overseeing....blessings, elizabeth
