@mmoss I wonder why you're taking cymbalta and why you a want to stop it. Also, when I've reduced or tapered off medications I've always done it with my physicians guidance and help. It's worked well, he prescribed me different dosages if needed as we went down and helped me understand the speed we could/should taper from the drug. That's important, as there can be some serious side effects if we come off a drug quickly or w/o tapering it slowly.
If you haven't had a good chat with the doc, maybe you should and let the two of you do what's best for you.
