DAY 21 - Great news today! I slept well all night while wearing my wool socks.. Woke up without any pain, just the usual tingling sensations.. Rubbed both feet and included my ankles with the F&M rubbing oil.. Put on cotton socks and am still feeling so good! Both feet were icy cold this morning, even in the wool socks, but I used the oil anyway.. My calves have more of the tingling sensation now, but I'm all set for a good day, I think... Now I've been checking out Raynaud's looking for any further information to help me.. that doesn't seem to offer anything though, except to maybe wear socks and gloves, which I'm already doing.. By the way, I haven't mentioned it before, but I started wearing fingerless gloves to sleep in (and on really cold days when I can't get my hands warm) a few years ago.. Those have been a huge help, too..
Blessings...

Hi @hotfooted, really happy to hear it's going so well for you. I'm not sure if you've seen this information on Raynaud's so thought I would share it here.

DAY - Well, the days got away from me.... I've lost count, but wanted to conclude my experience with F&M rubbing oils now ...
A couple of days ago I had a really rough day and couple of nights.. It took me a while to get my feet back under the moderate control that I've had lately, but am doing better again.. I had gone out to lunch with my club friends and altho I thought I was ordering food that was alright, there had to have been SUGAR in it... That's the one thing that sets me off... Believe me, I will be avoiding it forever in the future.. Absolutely not worth all the pain and angst... I believe it was caused by the dried fruit pieces in the salad... I am continuing to use the F&M on my feet and it has started eliminating (for the most part, except for periodic flares!) the red hot burning pain.. I woke up once last night and sprayed them with cold water, then rubbed with the oil, put cotton sock back on and slept another few hours.. The neuropathy has moved up past my ankles now and that concerns me a great deal, but so far the EM is remaining in the feet and mostly the toes.. I still count myself very fortunate that it isn't as bad as some other folks have it, and continue to pray for the grace to live a life of peace and joy for all of us...
