Pectoral area

Hello everyone. I have had nagging chest pains all over left breast area. I have a little more to love at the time so my pecs are turning into man boobs, but I’m working on that. I have noticed that my left pectoral is the one always hurting. Sometimes is a stabbing pain close to nipple that last for about 10-25 seconds and then it’s gone. Sometimes it’s in another area of that pec. I have also noticed that pec looks bigger than the right one as if it may be inflamed. Any ideas on what this may be?
