Heart palpitations with anxiety? If so, what to do?

Hi, @sakota - I wanted to let you know I moved your post here to be part of this previous discussion on determining what may be anxiety, since you said it was mentioned as a possible reason for the chills and then uncontrollable shaking you have experienced.
I'd also like to introduce you to @johnhans @hopeful33250 @cdcc @grandmar, who have all talked about anxiety on Connect and may have some experiences to share. I'd also invite @arowlands6 @trellg132 @paulaagans @jt5369 who have been part of this discussion on anxiety for any insights they may have for you.
What is your gut feeling at this point, sakota? Does potential anxiety causing these symptoms feel like a viable potential to you?

@lisa. I just dont know. Ive been thru a lot lately.
I dont know what an anxiety attack feels like. I know i get nervous about certain things but i dont avoid them. I would say ive been. Under stress for most of my life more so then anxiety. I just want to get things figured out.
