@parus Good day ,morning here .Did you read the post about cold therapy she talked about cold laser therapy a cheaper way would be a ice bag on your feet then rub in peanut oil as this oil is nutritious being expressed from peanuts. I use it on my back massaging it as high as I can go Hope it helps we have to try everything My Podiatrist told me to use ice
