various things I have thought about...why are you waiting so long to have a ct scan for lung cancer? Lung cancer can be dangerous. Now the other things...with the heart involvement, I think you should see a cardiologist. Afib came to mind, with that fast heart beat, and needing to sleep after. The involuntary hand/arm shaking did make me think neuro doc. I would see both of these docs, and personally, I would not wait. If you have not seen your primary care physician, you might start there first! Lori Renee
