Apparently you misunderstood. I do not eat Paleo. I have formulated my own diet.
When I became ill, my doctor of over fifteen yeas, sad he didn't see how he could improve on my diet. I just cut out any and all sugar and the occasional processed food and increased anti-inflammatory spices and herbs.
