financial help

Question....my 27 yr old daughter was diagnosed with polyneuropathy last summer...I wrote in once a few months ago...she has a appointment Wednesday with a Chris Klein....however her Medicaid is denied here stating she should stay in North Dakota and see neurologist here...but there arent many..she was referred to mayo from the Minot neurologist....is there financial assistance help there or any ideas on what we can do??? We've waited a long time for this and mayo set up the appointment...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...thank you😃
