#coffeeaddict Welcome to connect we are,not Dr,d but can help .From what you said about pins@needles in your feet I suggest you see a neurologist and yes I would seek a Dr who can help you with both. I'm preplexed why your Dr said not to worry .Let us know when you see a new Dr for this problem

Hi there,
My first question was going to be do you have Diabetes? I assume you don’t.
Coffee is a diuretic thus probably causing your frequent urination. Cut back on coffee and fluids in general and see if you notice any change.
I’d be more concerned about the pins & needles..
They too can be a symptom of Diabetes. You may want to ask your doctor for a Hemoglobin A1C test which will measure your blood sugar over the past 3 months. Do you have excessive thirst? Blurred vision? Weight changes?
Other possibilities include

1. pinched nerves
2. pressure on nerves
Compressed nerve
maybe pregnancy
3. peripheral neuropathy
4. Various medications
5. Thyroid issues
6. Stroke or TIA
That’s all I can think of but there are many other reasons.
You should go to the doctor for your own piece of mind.
Good luck,
Jake
