Hi, @adah - that sounds very hard living with Jekyll and Hyde personality. Your adult son is very fortunate to have an advocate like you trying to find some answers for his behavior in the last three years and get some answers. The upcoming MRI sounds like a good start.

Really appreciate the input from @lorirenee1. A few other members who also may have some insights on your son's mental challenges are @kturd @nikki655 @mamacita @sirgalahad @parus @betz2468 @debbraw. They may have some thoughts on whether dementia would be possible at his age of 39 with his brain injury due to lack of oxygen from birth and may have other tips or input on where to go for the mentally challenged.

How are you dealing with the confusion, lack of sleep, screaming out profanities and other symptoms he has been experiencing?
