Yes, the inserts helped a lot but I put them in SAS tie shoes, not sandals. Sometimes I taped pads in my arches to support them. Then I stretched my feet with the wide rubber bands in four directions every night during the news or when the grandchildren were here and would pull the rubber bands. I had special exercises for the legs and spine area. This therapist was really great with diagnosing me when the foot specialist wanted to do surgery. After a few months the pain was gone and never returned. I still wear the orthotics in my SAS tie shoes and the Finn imported shoes come with their own leather inserts.
My Finn sandals have leather inserts which I can wash and the shoes last forever. I really cured the plantar fasciitis permanently, I think because it has been a number of years. Now I have a problem with neuropathy and I am exercising for that and hope it works. I don't want to take pills. Dorisena

Thank you... I will go and get them. I just cant
stand closed in shoes. I have the finn sandalls. There a site called 6pm that have some finn reduced, if they have your size. I paid full price, but was desperate. I have had 2 injections in the heel and do everything I can find to do and I cannot get rid of the pain.. What therapist gave you gave you the right exercises to do.??
