Laura...Do you only wear your orthotics in your Brooks.? I've heard you can change them and even put in sandals, but I'm not sure. I don't see how orthotics help neuropathy. I know I need them because of bad planters fasciitis and my left leg is bad and I walk with a limp.I don't want to wear tennis shoes so I'm undecided what to do.Have they helped with your foot issues? I'm waiting for more shoes. I wull tell you all if one is wonderful..

@peggyn, I didn’t get the orthotics for neuropathy but for an issue I have with my gait that involves my left foot. I now have arthritis in my big toe because of it so I’m hoping that the orthotics will help with that issue. But, you can put orthotics in certain brands of sandals. At Foot Solutions they showed me some sandals that orthotics can be inserted. They don’t want to sell me any of the sandals until I can get used to orthotics first. Time will tell since it will be challenging having the painful neuropathy! Hope the shoes will work for you. -Laura
